What is a shopping cart ?
That's where the items you want to buy are placed, just like a shopping cart in a grocery store. Simply enter the quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button, and it will automatically be placed in your shopping basket. When you are finished shopping, press the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.

Is online ordering really secure ?
Yes, we use software that encrypts all the information you send to us. We keep all the information you send to us private, and we don't sell it. We are not saving or keeping your credit card details. Check security page for more details.

What happens after I order ?
Acknowledgment of your order is confirmed on the website. Details of your order such as shipment information, order status, payment details can be accessed online from your account page. Click the 'My Account' button to access the page

How do I know if the item I need is in stock ?
Our software will not allow you to add a product to your shopping cart which is out of stock.

How will my order arrive ?
Most orders are shipped the same working day. We use the most guaranteed delivery agents in your country.

Who will have access to my credit card number ?
There is only a handful of people with authorization to process orders placed. Also, we don't archive your credit card information on our servers. This means that you'll have to enter your credit card information for each purchase. It also means that your valuable credit card information will be safe.
